By booking and staying at Villa Horto, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking Conditions

Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

Minimum stay: 3 nights throughout the year

Booking deposit: 30% of the total rental amount

Cancellation Policy (Villa Horto)

Cancellation up to 41 days before arrival – free of charge
Cancellation 40–21 days before arrival – 50% of the total amount
Cancellation 20 days before arrival – 70% of the total amount

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: from 16:00

Check-out: until 10:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.

5. House Rules

• Smoking inside the villa is not permitted

• Pets are not allowed

• Parties and events are allowed only upon prior approval

• Guests are responsible for proper and careful use of the property

• Any damage will be charged based on actual repair or replacement cost

6. Security Deposit

Security deposit: €200

Charged upon arrival or in advance (depending on agreement)

Returned after inspection of the property.

7. Liability

Villa Horto / the owner is not liable for:

• Personal injuries to guests

• Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings

• Accidents caused by guest negligence

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their possessions.
